If you have more than 6 prescription refills, please fill up the first 6 Rx Numbers and submit.
After submitting, please press the BACK button in your browser (see encircled button below) so you will return to the first screen.



Press the CLEAR button to clear the previous RxNumbers if they haven't been cleared (see encircled button below).



After clearing the RxNumbers, enter the remaining refills and resubmit.
